Very nice boutique building and rooms with nice decoration. Delightful views over garden. Quiet location really close to the centre of Juan les Pins, several beaches within walking distance and the ocean on one side and the Alps on the other in a very nice area. Easy walk to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Our hotel was located in front of tourist attractions like la croisette. 1000 feet away there is Piano Bar Fitzgerald. This venue had everything we needed, we greatly enjoyed staff and location. We will be back, no reason to complain;))
