I have stayed in studio with a large bed and large balcony for 3 nights. Absolutely perfect and excellent location just off Croisette, also a bus terminal, the seaside and the Festival Palace and the city center, I felt safe.

The hotel had a central setting down to the beach. Moreover, it was near to Easy to get to the station, the old town and sea front and the shopping district, Rue de Antibes and marinas. Booked a room with a large bed. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus.

The staff are very very helpful and attentive, giving their best to make the stay a nice experience. The rooms are decent sized and brand-new with a sofa bed for our daughter, everything is beautiful. There is a variety of supplies like : a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave.

The location was awesome and super because it was so close to the main shopping streets and the excellent, authentic restaurants on rue Hoche, centre of Cannes, and the old town. We stayed for 6 nights here, loved Carnot district.

We stayed 1 night and it was a really great fit. The staff was extremely friendly and amiable, took good care of everyone. The location was particularly good and incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Palace of Festivals and Congress Hall. The vibe here was quiet! Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.
Some of the staff were unprofessional.

Had an EXCELLENT stay here. Stayed for 3 nights in this great value and convenient place, loved that. The hotel had indeed an absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location down to the beach. Besides, we were short walk to authentic restaurants on rue Hoche, a railway/bus station and Palais des Festivals.

Would come back for sure and would be happy to recommend it to all. The queen studio room included a dishwasher, an individual safe and a heating system, we were happy about that. Moreover, the free WiFi was available. It took 15 minutes to reach Plage on foot.
