Spotless and brand-new unit with wonderful views, knowledgeable staff. Excellent and perfect location for Juan-les-Pins, so close to several boutiques and great restaurants and a lovely beach. Plus, walking distance to Plage les Pirates.

We really enjoyed staying 4 nights here. The deluxe king room was airy, it had a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card. The staff was pretty friendly and amicable all day long. It had a beach restaurant.

It's nice base for sightseeing and exploring Juan-les-Pins. The staff are attentive, managed the parking on site. The beach restaurant in the hotel is good, has excellent dishes. Thank you for a very lovely stay.

We loved this staying. The breakfast was nice hot with the final paid amount to choose from. Everything was good, even so a few employees were not very friendly. Its location was wonderful, just off excellent restaurants, several boutiques and great restaurants and the clubs nearby.
