Clean place with very good staff and lovely view of the sea down the street opposite. Adequate and clean rooms in this small hotel. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. The location awesome and incredible late on the event. And so close to great restaurants as well as the Croisette and advertising Festival. A fab stay for 4 nights.

Greatly enjoyed Cannes, the hotel was pleasant and lovely on the beach in about 5 minutes. The breakfast was relatively cheap and very very good, there was lots of food to chose from. The rooms were beautiful with a balcony, the staff were very good and really kind. The venue had a very central position next to Rue d' Antibes, the main shopping street in Cannes, and major points of attractions.

Overall it was a great stay for 3 nights in July. The location in a lively area was marvellous and fantastic. Btw, it was 500 metres from Rado Beach. Everything was simply well-maintained.

The property is charming and fairly clean, offers not expensive and satisfactory breakfasts. The units are gorgeous, bright with a balcony and a jacuzzi. There is a wide range of fresh food for breakfast. Every time we stay in Cannes, like to stay here.

Really enjoyed staying at the classic double room with balcony. The breakfast served was cheap with juices and warm dishes, as example. The staff were pleasant and welcoming and knew how to help. Amazing very central location very close to the restaurant and the furthest bus stop for the Nice bus.

Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay for 3 nights in July. The breakfast was relatively cheap and reasonably priced with cheeses and warm dishes, as for instance. The location was good for walking around Rue d'antibes Street.

Really enjoyed my very comfortable stay for 3 nights in July. I was satisfied with big size and huge rooms complete with mini bar, a modern decor, for instance. The location was marvellous for walking around Rue d'antibes Street. This hotel was in a lively area next to the main shopping strip in Cannes, central Cannes, and many other attractions. Was a useful base for easter.

Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Lux Cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. The nice nice balcony was a bonus. Barely a 10-minute walk from palais des festivals, which was ideal for us. Location was QUIET, just 0.9 miles to old town.
