My favourite property in Nice. Odd hotel, however with amiable staff and good wi-fi. Nice setting near a railway station. Fantastic food in the restaurants such as Chicken n Chicken, located 5 min away.

The food was incredible and there were a wide range of dishes in the menu. There were authentic & cheap rooms with AC properly worked, air con, for instance. The personnel was helpful and amicable.

This place is good value. Standard twin room overlooks the city and includes microwave, an electric kettle and fridges. There was La Planxa, max 10 mins walk to, liked their meals.
