Everything was very good, very friendly staff, panoramic views out over the side garden. We greatly enjoyed the location, which was nice and magnificent to a grand private residence from the 1960's Riviera heyday. What's more, it was not far from coast, a neaeby beach, and restaurants around the town.

The location was perfect, for example, Garoupe Beach was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. You could walk to a market and a small supermarket. Had the superior double room which was brand-new with a lovely view.

Perfect location next to good transport connections as well as simply one of the best locations on Cap D'Antibes. A wide array of food options at a medium distance from the venue. Recently refurbished, neat room with an en suite bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

It was clean, and the people were superbly friendly and exceptionally pleasant. Eggs, bacon and cheese served in the pool area. Hotel's location was marvellous, right on the # 2 bus line. Plus, it was adjacent to the French Riviera as well as has a great lunch menu. Tbh, had a comfortable stay in Mid September.

No complains at all, we loved this intimate and nicely appointed hotel, would definitely recommend. Came here for 1 night with our granddaughter, everything was very good. The location was excellent and unbeatable, at a moderate distance from Garoupe Beach. A market and a small supermarket were right next door.
