The venue was set in the central position next to Right in front of the tram, and the Ligne d'Azur bus terminal and the tram stop. Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Nice.

I loved my stay at this well priced hotel. The location couldn't be more reasonable and comfortable to the historic center of Nice as well as the beach via tram. A few times I ate at Le Regal, located at a short distance from the property. I didn't want to say goodbye, spent pleasant time and would be happy to recommend.

Extremely helpful stuff, they helped us a lot. Booked a room with particularly nice views over an internal court yard garden. There were a microwave, fridges and kitchenware too. The service was all in all good.

All in all everything was perfectly fine, had a very nice stay for a good value of money. I loved the room with self-catering facilities, the bed was comfortable. The staff were competent, the location was unbeatable and reasonable.

we had 4 nights in nice, spend our time here greatly. brilliant base for visiting a convenience shop and grocery shop near to the hotel. kitchen was equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge.
