Excellent service and good value. New-fashioned room, luxury with comfy beds, balcony, as for instance, really helpful staff. Absolutely perfect location for visiting restaurants and cafes.

The location was good and amazing, close enough to the centre, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Ate at Kim Do, it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. The breakfast was large with a lovely view.

Everything was simply fine. Staff were very friendly, room was modern and luxury on the balcony. Its design was modern, and it included a safe box, central heating, and an iron. The location turned out to be exceptionally nice, adjacent to almost all the coastline, the Cannes-La-Bocca beach and railway station.

The location was great and stunning, next to Marina, and Grasse. Plus, it was approx 15 mins walk from Plage Waikiki. We booked the twin/double room that was impressive. Everything was nice as expected, yet the bathroom was quite small.

I stayed for 2 nights here and had a very good time. Double room I stayed at was new-fashioned. The staff were excellent friendly and excellent co-operating and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. It was based in very comfortable building in a great and stunning location, right next to a bus stop. The breakfast was amazing, appreciated its service.

Our stay here was really good, brilliant place for exploring Cannes. Our good-sized and nicely decorated room was complete with balcony, direct seaview, for example. Marvellous location and very very helpful staff were a definite plus. The restaurant here was small, we both ordered tasty dishes.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just next door to Cannes-La-Bocca area, restaurants and the port area. The breakfast was amazing and sensational and had a lot of meals. The service was great, no complains at all. Our stay was VERY VERY GOOD and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The location was GREAT, no reason to complain. We really enjoyed holiday inn cannes. We would book again if we go to Cannes. Very easy to get from Nice Cote d'Azur airport, just 16 miles.
